Job title: Sales manager.

Location: Salah Salem Street. Heliopolis.

Main Duties:

• Developing Budgets
• Building Relationships
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Lead, guide and monitor Sales team performance and direct team towards total sales target achievement within requested time lines.
• Attend regular scheduled business meetings team leaders and sales in order to analyze performance, solve constraints & create new ideas.
• Understand and perform all measurements to cover all Sales team training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales team member's sales and activity performance.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales team members.
• Manage general sales team morale and intervenes when needed.
• Handle all escalations within the sales team or with any other department.
• Adheres to all company policies & manual instructions procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Responsible for making sure all information about Competitors projects, offers or handling tips are cascaded to sales team.
• Recommend effective sales plans for senior management team in order to improve revenues.
• Mentor the members of his/her sales team and are involved in the hiring and firing process.
