IP Network Engineer

My client is a world leading Telco & IT company; they are urgently looking for a Senior IP Network Engineer to be based in Cairo, Egypt on a fixed contract to permanent basis.
You will be fully responsible for design, implementation, troubleshooting and Project Management. 
The ideal candidates should be/have Degree educated or above
Extensive Cisco products and project management experience within Telco and IT Proven ability to manage and deliver medium & large projects Senior C-level engagement experience.
Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools Strong communication and influencing skills. Must have a \"can do\" attitude.
Prince 2 qualified (or similar project management qualification).
Must be eligible to work in Egypt and willing to travel
