Position Title Medical Information Associate (French Speaker) 18-Sep-2018 Job ID250266BRJob Description Core Activities: • Respond to medical/scientific enquiries from internal and external customers based on relevant internal and external scientific evidence. • Provide access to medical/scientific evidence for internal and external customers. • Provide awareness of customer needs and expectations to key stakeholders that may impact Novartis operations. • Timely alerts to internal colleagues about relevant medical/scientific information. • Active participation in local/regional/global MIC activities. • Professional development through participation in ongoing functional and therapeutic area education • Contact HCPs/KOLs on regular basis to identify their scientific needs, provide medical information to their unsolicited queries & know their satisfaction level. Additional Activities: • Create and update standard response documents for local/MEC needs. • Provision of extra MIC services including but not limited to: • Creation of Q&A documents • MI support at medical conferences • Contribute to creation of product dossier, hospital formulary, etc… • All adverse events must be reported within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event to the drug safety responsible person and send e-mail to Apply to send email to the employer. • Reporting all quality defects with Novartis marketed product within 24 hours of becoming aware of it to the QA responsible person and send e-mail to Apply to send email to the employer. Minimum requirementsMinimum of a Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences such as Pharmacist, Physician. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
