Freelance Hotel Health & Hygiene Inspector

Short term assignment to evaluate the health and hygiene of hotels in Egypt.  Applicants must send their resumes / CV's to Apply to send email to the employer .

Minimum Requirements necessary:

- 2-4 years *MINIMUM* Experience Physically auditing Health and Hygiene conditions in hotels

- High level C1-C2 of English both written and spoken - certificate not necessary as level will be tested by videoconference

- Technical degree Bachelor's or higher in Biology, Water treatment, Disease Prevention, Food Preparation, Ecology or similar scientific fields

- Ability to travel

Desired Qualifications:

- HACCP certification

- Risk Assessment Principles & Practice Level 3 from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health UK (or equivalent)
