We are looking for a Salesman(Outdoor) for a El-Gammal Industrial System Co. based in Cairo !!


Title: Senior Sales Executive

Education background: MBA(Master of Business Administration)/Bachelor of Business Administration

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Duration: Fulltime

 Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. 

•      3- 5 years of practical experience in Sales of Industrial Electrical & Automation product / Technical support or after sales of Industrial electrical product in EPC Industry.

  • Ability to work with flexible locations and time schedule
  • Ability to meet individual targets set by company and contribute in achieving the targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and customer tolerance and management skills.
  • Average Age 27-30 years old
  • Fluent to speak and write English and Arabic(bilingual proficiency)
  • Extensive Travelling(80%)
  • Must have four wheeler with government driving License

•      Male Gender only

Key responsibility:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers , especially with loyal long-term customers in order to increase share in the customer.
  • Develop business by increasing customer base also developing new/non-traditional channels on the market.
  • Carry out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with them volumes, conditions of sale (price, terms of delivery, terms of payment) in order to achieve the targets in terms of profit., volumes, product mix, revenues.
  • Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
  • Develop annual sales strategy and goals
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leaders
  • Implement the promotional campaigns and support the trade & consumer marketing activities in the managed sales zone (included training initiatives addressed to the customer.
  • Working closely with Proposal and service team for pre and post sales support.

Planning & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report the activities and strategies of the competitors in the public/private sector fleets.
  • Provide reliable sales forecasting.
  • Verify customers' satisfaction level.
  • Weekly report of customer visit to reporting authority and maintain the database .
  • Monthly progress review meeting at Head-Quarter_Cairo.
