Your Job

As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for the handling of the supply chain of materials.

Your job will include but not limited receiving, storing, preparing purchase requisitions and issuing supplies and materials. You will also participate in inventory stock physical count.

You will be responsible for the management of the stock and ensuring the compliance with the purchase orders. You will work in a warehouse environment and will be exposed to dust, high temperatures and noise. You can open the job description attached for more details.

Your Skills And Experience

You hold a Trade School or High School Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing, storing, handling and distributing material.

You are detailed-oriented and well organised. You always look to develop your skills and promote teamwork. You should be able to communicate in English.

يقع ضمن مهام أمين المستودع مسؤولية إدارة منتجات سلسلة التوريد. وتتضمن مهامك على السبيل المثال لا الحصر الاستلام والتخزين وتحضير طلبات الشراء وإصدار الموارد والمنتجات، بالإضافة إلى المشاركة في عملية الجرد اليدوية. ومن ضمن مهامك كذلك إدارة المخزون وضمان امتثاله مع طلبات الشراء. قد تتعرض بسبب طبيعة عملك للغبار ودرجات الحرارة العالية والضجيج. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى الاطلاع على الوصف الوظيفي المرفق.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة مهنية أو شهادة ثانوية عامة على الأقل، كما يجب أن تتمتع بثلاث سنوات خبرة على الأقل في إدارة المستودعات والتخزين ومناولة وتوزيع المنتجات. ويجب أن تمتلك القدرة على الانتباه لأدق التفاصيل وأن تكون منظماً وتحرص دائماً على تطوير مهاراتك وتعزيز روح العمل الجماعي. ويجب أن تكون قادراً على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
