About the job
Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD and Photoshop to suit project requirements.

• Review and approve Shop Drawings and ensure their conformity with operational plans.

• Preparing quotations based on calculations of expected quantities and costs for projects.

• Coordinating with design engineers and site engineers to ensure that the work is carried out according to the required specifications.

• Conduct field inspections and raise the necessary measurements to implement the project.

• Follow up on the implementation of construction works and ensure the quality of implementation in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.

• Preparing technical reports on projects, analyzing technical problems, and proposing appropriate solutions.

• Managing the processes of ordering raw materials and technical supplies via the Odoo system.

• Reviewing the projects’ financial statements and approving the required disbursement orders and budgets.

• Follow up on contracts and final delivery procedures for projects and coordinate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor`s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts or any related field.

- 1-3 yrs of experience.

- The ability to deal with customers and follow up on work on a regular schedule.

- The ability to develop operating systems and modify them according to data.

- Excellent communication, presentation and Persuasion skills.
