Senior Lead Architect for Ökoplan

Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position:
- Senior Lead Architect- Masterplan and Landscape (code: MP-03), with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience.
We are seeking a Senior Lead Architect specializing in Masterplanning and Landscape Design to join our technical engineering team. As the Senior Lead Architect, you will play a central role in driving the design development of masterplan and landscape projects, overseeing their execution.
 Job Description
 * Lead the design development of masterplans and landscape designs.
 * Lead the preparation of detailed drawings of masterplans and landscape designs.
 * Coordinate and attending meeting with other disciplines.
 * Ensure compliance with all Egyptian regulations and codes.
 * Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows.
 * Attending all the required meeting with clients to ensure achieving the project requirement.
 * Attending meeting with Authorities in order to review and obtain any required approvals.
 Necessary Skills
* Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft software.
* Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants via emails, phone calls, and formal   letters.
* Experience in participating in meetings, discussions, and documenting minutes of the meeting (MOM).
* Skills in project documentation, organization, and managing received documents and submissions.
