Presales Engineer Manager for BEDO Innovating Education

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical and financial offers, conducting market research, ensuring project delivery on time, and participating in various trade shows and industry events. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of sales-related documentation, manage customer inquiries, and work closely with our technical and financial departments to ensure successful business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical and financial offers before presenting them to clients.
• Conduct extensive market research to analyze competitor prices and offers.
• Ensure timely project implementation without delays.
• Study competitors' catalogs, technical, and financial offers.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation such as proposals, contracts, and sales offers.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and documents with attention to detail.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Power/Mechanical Power).
• 3-7 years of experience in the Technical Office field.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and auditing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
