Job Description:

Smart Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Engineer to join our team at the Al-Ajami El-Hanoufel branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering specialized training programs, monitoring instructors' performance, and working closely with students to ensure the highest quality of training and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor instructors' performance, provide regular reports, and guide them to enhance their effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues at the branch, including laboratory tools, student equipment, and other lab resources.

Develop and deliver training programs in coordination with the direct supervisor.

Design assessments and projects to evaluate student performance.

Stay current with the latest advancements in engineering and education to update training content.

Propose and implement new tools or projects to be integrated into the curriculum.

Continuously improve training materials to keep pace with technological developments.

Collaborate closely with trainers, direct supervisors, and management.

Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide updates on programs and student progress.

Participate in regular management meetings, offering insights to improve training programs.

Represent the company at external events (schools, universities, associations, etc.) as directed by management.

Organize and oversee internal student competitions and participate in external competitions (both local and international).

Act as an instructor for the company’s training courses when required.

Record training sessions as directed by management.

Follow the guidance of the direct supervisor in all areas.

Develop educational and recreational activities for students.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Communications or Computer Science.

Proficiency in Arduino, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.

Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the development of training programs.
