design drawing, project specification, supplier quotations, etc.) for central heating and cooling systems
Perform design review for awarded project and confirm all related calculations like load, static pressure drop, hydraulic, pipe sizing, duct sizing calculation
Review design drawings prepare workshop drawing
Design HVAC System or communicate with consultancy offices for designing HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems
Preparation of the Financial and Technical Offers for mep work
Take Off quantities
Highly accurate ability to estimate costs and expenses
Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
Issue purchase orders and follow up on the supplier’s payment.
Negotiate and estimate needs budget for the implementation.
Follow up with suppliers till goods delivery.
Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Proven more than 4 years working experience in mechanical engineering is a must
Working experience with MEP drawings (HVAC)
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro E or other)
Mathematical computing tools knowledge (HAP, Excel, etc.)
Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Technical writing skills.
