WYA+ company is hiring an "BIM Architect"
• Office-based work in Nasr City, Cairo.
•Experience 3-5 years in the field of BIM..
•Excellent in Revit software and AutoCAD..
•ability to work in team..
•have knowledge with the BIM system..
🔸Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture Engineering.
- Experience: 3-7 years in Architecture Engineering.
- Hands on working experience with AutoCAD 2D, Revit are must.
- Navisworks, any additional BIM software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
🔸Responsibilities:
- Have the ability to produce Architectural working drawings for various projects, in all stages, following the firm standards and templets.
- Preparing the required architectural details.
- Collaborating and coordinate CAD/BIM - related tasks with other design specializations (e.g. Structural, Mechanical, …etc.)
- To coordinate design requirements across all design stages (schematic, detailed, ......etc.).
- Developing a complete LOD 300 - 500 3D Model for complete construction documents.
