Senior Production Engineer for El Teriak group

El Teriak group seeking to hire Senior Production Engineer : 
Job Description
· Responsible for achieving the production plan allocated for each line/machine while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. 
Monitor and execute the production according to the plan, diagnose problems or machine delays or any production circumstances in the production line, provide recommendations, and report them to the direct manager. ·
 Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. · 
Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste. ·
 Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. · 
Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis)
Job Requirements
• Must have experience + 3 years in stamping line.
- knowledge of analysis tools. And be able to trouble shoot technical problems.
- past experience in operating CNC milling machines is a plus.
- proficient in AutoCAD08
- manage achieving production plan and machine loading.
- create daily machine plan.
- work closely with engineering, die maintenance. To ensure achieving the plan on time.
- achieve set KPIs in accordance to manufacturing standards.
- be able to use quality core tools.
- provide technical guidance, training to workers.
