3- Senior Marketing Executive.
Requirements:
The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Two to four years of experience in marketing is required, with preference given to experience in the real estate or commercial sectors.

4- Maintenance Supervisor – Shopping Malls.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management is required, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.

5- Operations Supervisor - Shopping Centers.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a shift manager in the retail sector is required.
