The Opportunity:

We are proactively seeking expressions of interest from a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer / 3D Concept to lead the conceptualization and initial visual development of interior designs for our prestigious governmental, administrative and residential projects. You will work closely with our integrated team, translating visions into compelling concepts and high-impact 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Lead the initial design phase by developing innovative design concepts, themes, and narratives for interior spaces based on project requirements and client vision.
• Mood Board Creation: Create detailed and inspiring mood boards that effectively communicate the proposed design direction, including color palettes, materials, finishes, and furniture styles.
• Preliminary Design & Layout: Develop preliminary design solutions, including basic space planning, sketches, and initial furniture layouts using AutoCAD.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of the proposed interior designs, focusing on realistic lighting, materials, and atmosphere. This includes modeling key interior elements, furniture, and fixtures for visualization purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior design and technical team members to ensure concepts are aligned with technical feasibility and project goals. Incorporate feedback effectively.
• Presentation Support: Assist in preparing compelling visual materials for internal reviews and presentations.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, visualization techniques, and software.
• Perform post-production on renderings (e.g., using Photoshop) to enhance final quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience with a proven track record in both conceptual interior design and high-quality 3D interior visualization. A portfolio demonstrating both aspects is mandatory.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, materials, and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preliminary space planning and furniture layouts.
• Expert proficiency in 3ds Max is highly preferred. Proficiency in other 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp) is also required.
• Expert proficiency in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign essential for mood boards and presentations).
• Excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible visual concepts (mood boards, sketches, layouts).
• Deep understanding of realistic lighting, texturing, and composition for interior visualization.
• Good communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for conceptual and visualization tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Revit for basic model understanding or export.
• Experience visualizing large-scale commercial, administrative, or governmental interior projects.
• Experience developing full FF&E packages.
• Experience with animation or virtual walkthrough creation.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
