A leading real estate development company is seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer with a strong background in electro-mechanical works and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end finishing works, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in finishing works within the real estate or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, electro-mechanical coordination, and quality control processes.

Experience in infrastructure projects (internal and external works) is required.

Previous experience in hotel projects is strongly preferred.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple finishing phases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
