Development Manager for M squared

Role Purpose:

Manage the full development cycle from the project’s pre-concept till delivery including business planning, design and cash flow management. As well as the project’s key performance indicators, and has full ownership over the project’s life span.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Master’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, zoning laws, and approval processes.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial modeling.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
