Content Localization Specialist

Job Summary

We need a person who can thoroughly research and discover differences relevant to localization in terms of dialects, mathematical terms, and notations used for different locales.

Responsibilities

Localizing content to deliver a tailored high-quality educational experience to users in different locales Exploring and identifying different mathematical notations, style conventions, and terms used in different locales Creating resource files, which provide automatic localization tools with the necessary data for different locales (units, currencies, ...etc.), through research and development Reviewing, prioritizing, and tracking the progress of detected issues which affect the quality of the localized content

Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Translation or Science. 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Good spoken and written English Good mathematical aptitude is a plus Exposure to different curricula and educational systems is a plus Familiarity with content internationalization and/or localization Very good computer skills

Compensation

Monthly gross salary offered for this position is in the range of 4,000 EGP–6,500 EGP
