Service Operations Center 1st line Engineer

At the Service Operations Center (SOC), you will kick start your career in Networks through providing first level support, management and monitoring of our nationwide network, ensuring our customers receive the best network coverage anytime anywhere. You will also monitor faults through Management Systems and support all functions 24/7 for fast resolution. Not only that, but you will also act as a service assurance owner and direct all concerned teams to the right actions for immediate restoration of the service.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electric/Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related fields or relevant equivalent experience. 0 to 1 years of experience in Mobile Networks Basic Understanding of 2G-3G-4G telecom networks, network elements and telecom services. Fluent English
