Incident Management Sr. Engineer
Job Description
Reviewing all critical/major/Minors incidents and responsible for incident management process on operational level.
Ensure/Apply aconsistent method of incident management according ITIL standard and internal incident management Processes (ITIL Standards)
Ensuring Service Level Targets / Service Level Objectives within the SLA is met
Accessing all incident severities
Reporting all incident in daily/weekly/monthly basis to Dept. Senior manager
Support Vodafone Egypt’sStrategy by reviewing and assessing all network incidents to make sure it follow defined incident process
Review and Prioritize incidents based on priority and urgency. Identify violated incidents and manage corrective /preventive action with all stakeholders . Responsible for post reviewing all incident and involve the upper management if needed Chair service incidents review meetings ensuring service level agreements and continues improvement action plans are delivering value ( daily /weekly) Marking all incidents relatedto changesExperience 5 -7 Years in Mobile Networks, cross functional functions,
Technical Experience in field and/ or mobile network operations technical teams is a must
A minimum of 2 years of experience in incident management role Analytical Skills ITIL Foundation Excellent cross functional and interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills vacancy band: H1
