Project Engineer - 10th of Ramadan City; Egypt

As the Project Engineer, you will be a part of the Electrification Products Division and Building Products Business Unit based in Cairo. ABB is a world’s leader in Electrification products, it offers a full range of low- and medium-voltage solutions to connect, protect, control and measure a wide range of electrical systems for all major industries, including the residential sector. The business improves the reliability and efficiency of electrical installations through modular substation packages, distribution automation products, switchgear, circuit breakers, measuring and sensing devices, control products, wiring accessories, and enclosures and cabling systems, including KNX systems designed integrate and automate a building's lighting, ventilation, heating, security and data communication networks.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities in this role will include; Reviewing specifications of clients. Preparing the technical offers. Preparing the commercial offers. Preparing the Bill of material list. Assisting and co-operating with sales staff in any technical negotiation with the client.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 0-3 years’ of relevant work experience. Knowledge or experience of AutoCAD, manufacturing or database software would be of advantage for this role. Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required.
