Job Duties:
-Issue invoices, soft & hard copies
-Follow up the customers’ balances.
-Bank reconciliation statement.
-Prepare & Record daily Transactions.
-Prepare Taxes ( VAT , Withholding Tax , Payroll Tax & Insurance)
-Maintain organized filing system.
-Prepare Cash & Bank Vouchers.
-Revise Cash Balance Daily.
-Responsible for the safe box.
-Manage Cash & Bank receipt and payment postings.
-Make daily entries.
-Maintain organized filing system.
-Bank reconciliation statement.
