About the Job :

* Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).

* Responsible for recruitment for White & Blue collars

* Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents

* Handle the on boarding of new employees.

* Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement

Job Requirements :

* Experience from 3-4 years in recruitment white and blue collar.

* Experience in the Manufacturing industry and Retail as well .

* Good written and verbal communications skills

* High communication and interpersonal skills.

* Have the ability to deal with a different type of people .

* Very Good command of English .
