وظيفة HR Generalist خبرة من سنة الي 3 سنوات لشركة Ecotel Holding
Job Description
Main job duties:
1. Assist in hiring process and contracts signatures
2. Responsible for the recruitment function in automation system
3. Updating the automation system with new hiring and credentials
4. Opening bank accounts for all employees and following up with the bank for accounts numbers, ATM cards and loans.
5. Coordinating with the training centers to get the best offer for trainings for employees.
6. Assist in the hiring and resignation process.
7. Reporting all required reports and presentations to Human Resources Manager.
8. Filling and all HR administration work.
9. Issue the HR letters upon the employee request.
10. Issue purchasing requests for USB, laptops & Sims for the newly hired. (Daily).
11. Will be responsible for all Mobile lines and and get best offers from the operators.
Job qualifications:
1- Bsc. Degree in business administration or any relevant field
2- exp. from 1-3 years
3- Human Resources certificate is preferable
