Data Center Engineers Job at WE

 Requirements:

Engineering degree and / or Computer 

-Experience in Cisco/Juniper Routers, Switches, routing protocols, WAN circuit 

-Certified CCNA, CCNP, CCIP

-1 - 3 year of experience

-Follow all relevant policies, processes and more complex operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

-Implement the more complex day-to-day operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures and continuity of work

-Monitor systems to detect needs for repair and implement solutions to prevent customer calls and complaints ensuring efficient provisioning of services at all times

-Receive and handle customer complaints via e-mails/phone calls, open trouble tickets and work on solution identification and implementation to minimize disruptions and downtime

-Liaise with appropriate members of the same family or other families as appropriate, to collect and collate information required to work on solution implementation

-Monitor customer satisfaction in term of responsiveness time and repair time to detect customer opinions and develop improvement plans
