HR Operations Officer at Seven Group
Job Description
Location: Maadi
Main Tasks & Responsibility:
· Administer benefit plans
· Employee Relations: contact person for staff regarding HR matters
· Maintain all personnel files & contracts
· Represent the company with Labor & social insurance offices
· Administer the payroll effects
· Generate personnel and HR reports
Knowledge & experience:
· University degree, ideally in HR or preferably with HR Certification
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
· Good understanding of and hands on expertise with the Egyptian labor law
Interpersonal Skills:
· Effective communication & Interpersonal skills
· Attention to internal customers; staff as well as leaders
· Attention to details & Time Management skills
· Proficient with MS Office applications
