Job Description
• Designing Organizational Charts & Manpower Planning.
• Performing Job Analysis & designing Job Descriptions.
• Designing Performance Management System (PMS).
• Conducting TNA,Training Plan, Training Design, Training Evaluation & R.O.T.I .
• Updates & Creates HR Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years.
• Language: VG in English.
• Computer Skills: VG in MS Office.
• Other requirements: Professional study in Human Resources.
