Senior Procurement Specialist
Job Description
Vacancy: Senior Procurement Specialist (Not a technical position)
Location: 6 October
Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
-Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
-Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that items meet specifications.
-Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.
-Ensure development and updating of the preferred list of vendors in coordination with the relevant departments.
Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in the same field
-Experience with marketing agencies is a MUST
-Malls experience is a plus
-Proficient Excel user
-SAP experience is a huge plus
-Very good English
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Excellent communication skills
