Job Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of prior Human Resources Generalist and/or Organizational Development experience is ideal

University degree of Business administration Major Human Resources or equivalent

- Human Resource Diploma is a must

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Experience with Visio is a must.

- Excellent command of English.

- Strong experience in employee engagement and culture along with other HR Functions.

- Collaborative & Creative person.

- A strong networking and negotiation skills.

- Analytical person with genuine interest in people
