Job Description
Product development for gated communities
Identify opportunities and develop new products, using data and insight to establish the consumer’s problem or unmet need.
Identify and evaluate the product offering of competitors, to identify gaps, or opportunities to do things better.
Establish and manage a process for generating, evaluating and filtering ideas. Preparing and presenting a business case for implementation.
Having gained investment, develop, pilot, test and launch new products. Ensuring that every offering is clearly differentiated, quality assured and aligned to brand and strategic priorities.
Manage the development and delivery of new products to ensure wider participation and buy-in from stakeholders across the organization. Utilizing the knowledge of subject matter experts, managing and making best use of project resources and suppliers.
Continually review, evaluate and enhance the current product offering. To ensure that all products offered are in-tune with customer needs and deliver an excellent member/user- experience.
Ensuring that all product initiatives are driven by market need and based on customer insight and evidence.
Generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans.
Working with the market research team and interpreting their data and following through with client engagement, key account management, engagement with key stakeholders and potential partner organizations with subsequent action plans to convert opportunities into action
Develop products management strategies to improve sales results and deliver outstanding customer experience objectives.
Working closely with Marketing Segments, Sales and Budgeting teams to ensure company’s objectives met properly across all products.
Keeps channel inclusion top of mind with the Commercial Marketing team as they create their campaigns and activities.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Key responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Prepare and present powerful, persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of new product offerings.
Product testing and responsible on its implementation and its market impact after launch
Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a weekly and monthly basis.
