Job Description
About the job:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
-Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
-Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
Main requirement:
-Proficiency in Microsoft products (ex. Windows 8 :8.1 : 10 , Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs
-Experience in Active Directory configuring user and computer account is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft products, office application, Antivirus.
- Good knowledge in networks (TCP/IP).
- knowledge with mikrotik
-Faculty of Engineering (Communication and Computer Sciences) or equivalent.
-1 or 2 years of working experience in a similar role providing technical support and help desk.
