Main Duties and Responsibility:

• Making plans for production process according to management policies and general manager instructions.

• Following up production of special products for global clients.

• Knowledge of quality control system and the ability to apply critical control points (HACCP System).

• Coordinating with other department to improve final product and final production plans according to planning Section.

• Managing all processes of production from raw materials to final product.

• Analysis of all the raw materials used in the production.

Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of experience.

• BSc. of Engineering, Science.

• Poultry Further Processing Experience is must

• ISO (9001 – 22000).

• Production Planning.

• HACCP.

• Analytical thinking, Decision maker and problem solver.

• People oriented and Detailed oriented.

• Very Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
