IT operation manager Job

in New Cairo, Egypt

On behalf of our client, it's a startup company working in the IT service provider industry, who is looking for, IT operation Manager.

Main tasks & Duties:

Monitoring daily routine and overseas IT Teams

Handle day to day tasks and routine.

Manage the Technical Support Team.

Maintain a good relationship with our clients.

Negotiate Vendor Contracts.

Qualifications:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field

Minimum 7 Years of Solid experience, at least 2 years as Operations

Have experience with IT performance management, network administration, and system security Manager/Project

Familiar with vendor management and team-leading you are a perfect matching.

Manager (outsource companies experience is preferred).

High Communications skills, Managerial skills, Problem-solving skills
