Qualifications

Medical Laboratory experience is a plus ( Machines or software like Softech or equivalent)

Managing at least 2 help desk within team

Setup / Troubleshoot / Repair / Upgrade desktop and laptop computers.

Troubleshoot PC Hardware and Software

Ensure that the workflow between all the servers is perfectly done

3-5 years experience in Technical

Install / Configure / Support Windows 10 Professional environment

Microsoft Products

Troubleshoot client networking issues (both LAN & WiFi)

Good Knowledge of the following Microsoft windows server all versions and installation ESXI VMware

Work in Team Environment

Good written and verbal communication skills
