Senior HR Generalist Job

(Requirements)

5+ HR Generalist Experience in a similar field.

Diploma in Human Resources Management in AUC

Good experience in employee relations, engagement, talent & performance appraisals

(Kpi's) management, recruitment (Egypt&Gulf), OD, and operational HR tasks.

Budget planning, communication design, data analysis.

Manage the company’s benefits programs including the internal medical insurance policy.

Working knowledgeable in SAP, Oracle or any other HRIS system

Business acumen, planning & coordination, project management, change management and stakeholder management

English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).

Gender: Female

The resident of Cairo is preferred.
