HR specialist Job at Orient Group
Job Description
- Assistance with day-to-day management of Human Resources Operation.
- Responsible for the recruitment process from job posting, contacting candidates, pre-screen candidates, conducting the first interviews and other recruitment related tasks.
- Assist with on boarding and off boarding of staff.
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support HR programs and functions.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience of experience in HR
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, HR. Diploma OR certificates are must
- Proficient computer skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic is required.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
