Ø Purpose of Role:
1- To implement the annual customer services plan.
2- To find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
3- To support and coach a team of customer services staff.
4- To handle face-to-face inquiries from customers.
5- To build a strong relationship with customers
Ø Skills/ Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, business, economics, and a master’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience needed 5-7 years of Customer Services and real estate experience is a must.
3. Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, leadership, and administrative skills.
Working Location:
New Cairo.
