-Lead and direct the HR team to maintain & update HR management System.

-Lead the manpower recruitment system and build a candidate pool of all positions.

-Deal with the regulation authorities as labor law & social insurance office.

-Managing HR budget planning and cost control.

-Follow up the annual & monthly performance reports skill the levels of the employees.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
