.Review the urban designs technically to confirm the cost estimation.

.Design the geoid contour, unit altitudes against the land area of the neighborhoods.

· Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards, necessary

authority approval and codes of practice where appropriate from Commercial

point of view.

.Make sure that all the technical changes that reflecting commercially is approved by the

commercial department.

.Review all the landscapes details (heights, dimensions, windows) of the masterplan.
