• Manage the recruitment process.
• Onboarding and orienting new employees.
• Prepare and update employment records.
• Prepare the employment contracts for new hires.
• Handle the payroll variables such as Deductions, Annual balance, etc.
• Apply and explain the HR policies, procedures, labor law.
• Very good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job requirements
• Strong command of English language and MS. Office
• 3 years minimum experience in HR
• Real estate or insurance background is a plus
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and work in a fast passed environment.
• Can work with minimum supervision. You will be the only HR person and will report directly to the CEO.
• Can start immediately (up to 2 weeks notice).
