Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervising the recruitment team and developing their skills and competence.
• Submit a proposal for the plan for the department and its budget and needs (financial / human resources / equipment / etc.).
• Executing the department plan and submitting a monthly report (creation / performance indicators / etc.).
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Business Administration preferred
Experience: 6 years’ experience in the same position
Computer Skills: Excellent computer proficiency
Language: Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English.
