HR Operations Specialist for international Oil & gas company
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or any related fields.
- From 2- 4 years of experience at HR Specialist level, within HR Operations and/or shared services environment.
- Previous experience in industrial environment is a MUST.
- Good knowledge and experience with web applications, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Share Point applications.
- Good English skills (Ability to read and write in English).
- Enterprise HR ERP system required – Oracle Cloud preferred.
- Effective Communication & excellent people management skills.
- Strong sense of customer orientation.
- Knowledge of local labor law regulations.
