About the job
- Handle requests/ issues regarding contract management process and manage end to end life cycle of contracts.
- Achieve and improve the process KPIs.
- Ensure continuous alignment with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Draft, negotiate, and review of different types of contracts, agreements and other legal binding documents as well as provide the necessary support for internal stake holders.
- Draft agreements and other documents to reduce legal risks and record essential contractual terms between the parties to limit litigation risk exposure.
- Manage legal housekeeping such as contacts archiving.
- Responsible for all manner of legal support for GB group.
- Provides legal advice and counsel to GB’s different business lines and management on transactional legal matters, proposed corporate actions and projects.
- Own regulatory support and evaluation of how shifts in regulatory landscapes may impact GB.
- Spotting of legal issues with respect to risk assessment.
- Manage various internal processes (SOPs) related to new business initiatives.
- Where required, coordinate and supervise outside counsel for timeliness, cost effective, service quality, and work product qualifications.
Job Requirements
- Education Required:Bachelor degree of law
- Years of Experience:3-5 Years
- Language Requirements: Fluent English and Arabic
