Cilantro is currently the fastest growing F&B chain in Egypt with a network of 85+ stores that operate all across the country. The company envisions being the #1 F&B operator in the region, and to do this we're looking to build a team of superstar "A" players.
Responsibilities:
• Answers inbound calls and respond to customer requests
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls maintaining successful call outcomes
• Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills that support effective telephone communication and help in solving the customer's problems & complaints to ensure achieving customer satisfaction
• Receiving and resolving complaints, inquiries, or requests vis the company ticketing system
• Ensure resolving all issues within the required SLA
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Ideal candidate / qualifications:
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Very good English
