ASSET INTEGRITY DEPUTY MANAGER (IRC216691)

you will be responsible for:

Ensuring implementation of asset integrity strategy.
Assuring the safe and reliable operating condition of plants and equipment of the Assets.
Analysing the main criticalities of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program and assure that it is applied.
Working closely with the Maintenance Eng. SPT on AI objectives and targets setting and monitor company performance against them.
Liaising with Production and Maintenance in planning the Inspection and evaluates results to determine equipment condition, future inspection activities, to better customize PM Plans, and any urgent Maintenance activity, if necessary
Supporting the Maintenance Eng. SPT in the custody and continuous monitoring of AI related documents & procedures; Ensure procedures are revised when required and up to date.
Participating in the development of the 4 Year AI Plan, annual WP&B and maintain them.
Ensuring any AI related databases are maintained properly and developed to meet E&P division needs.
Monitoring performance of external contractors contracted to AI Department in the delivery of scopes of work and improvement of HSE performance.
Reviewing MoC and new equipment for compliance with industry codes and company standards.
Issuing recommendations for inspections and repairs, and assure that the feedbacks are recorded in the appropriate reliability database.
Monitoring the proper management of override.
Ensuring the structural integrity for the offshore facilities.
