Requirements 

• A university graduate with degree in computer science or related discipline with relevant experience
• In-depth technical and proven understanding of HIP Products(WebLogic. Liberty, WebSphere, Portal, BPM, IHS, Tomcat, SAJava,…etc)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good time management and prioritisation of tasks
• Excellent communication skills that are effective within a globally distributed team
• Ability to build good working relationships with service providers and internal customers
• Pro-active thinking to manage and transform a global distributed team
• Proven ability to manage a team with diversified gender, location and culture
• Proven experience in a production operations capacity with Disaster Recovery
• Strong analytical skills to govern day to day operations
