- Duties & Responsibilities :-
· Set standards and objectives for different branches and departments
·  Achieving sales targets set by department’s management.
·  Lead a team of branch managers towards effective goals achievement
·  Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
·  Evaluate performance and address issues to improve it
·  Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives
·  Provide clear leadership of company culture and goals
 
- Qualifications :-
·  Bachelor degree is a must
·  Proven experience in retail
·  Minimum 1 years of experience in similar role
·  understanding of branch operations
·  Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
·  Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
·  Excellent problem-solving abilities
