Job Description
• Implementing company’s HR policies
• Following all the governmental rules and regulations concerning labor laws and social insurance
• Following up the implementation of the approved work regulations concerning attendance, vacations, shifts and employees’ leaves
• Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview, and select candidates upon the company needs
• Measuring and improving the actual performance of the employees
• Ensuring newly hires' paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
• Guiding the new comer with the company’s HR policies and regulations
• Updating the Job descriptions of all the employees
Job Requirements
• From 2 to 3 years of experience in the Human resources
