Domty is looking for (Sr. HR Specialist) with the following:
Job Summary:
The Sr. HR Specialist will be responsible for primary oversight on the Major HR activities such as; staffing, development, performance management, and employee and labor relations. He will focus on talent sourcing, Manpower planning, networking and relationship building with potential candidates, and will introduce and monitor recruitment best practices including development of recruitment processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- (5 : 7) Years of Experience in HR (Preferably in FMCG).
- Solid Experience in Mass Recruitment is a MUST.
- HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus.
- Strong user of MS Office specially Excel.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Very Strong leadership, Communication, Organizing, Time Management and Negotiation Skills.
- Objective Oriented and Achievement driven.
- Males ONLY.
- Work Locations (Giza/6th of October).
