Sales and Customer Success Trainer
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
3+ years of proven experience as a trainer
3+ years of experience in the sales and customer success field
Good understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Knowledge of e-learning software is an asset
A Training of Trainers Certificate is preferred
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Behavioural Competencies:
Compelling public speaker
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Outstanding coaching and sales skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions
Excellent interpersonal skills
